SoftRithm IT Limited achieved the chance to improve the digitalization process of the academic activities of Northern University Bangladesh (NUB). The process includes developing and implementing a new academic ERP software to manage all the academic activities of NUB starting from students’ admission to certificate printing.
On 11 February, 2021, Thursday, SoftRithm received the relevant work order signed by Commodore M Monirul Islam (Retd), Registrar of NUB and Director of Supply Chain Management. Md Mufachir Hossain, Managing Director & CEO, SoftRithm IT Limited
Scope of the to be developed Academic ERP Software includes three core module- Academic Activity, Human Resource Management and Access Control.
The Academic Activity module covers the Academic Setup, Online application for admission, Admission & Waiver management, Course offering, Semester registration, Class schedule, Attendance and all related Academic Activities, Student portal, Teacher Efficiency Rating(TER) by student, Student Finance and Examination activities.
The Human Resource Management module includes managing the employee, teacher and staff information.
The Access Control module includes role & permission based access control of the user to the data entry operations & reports of the system.
SoftRithm feels proud to get the chance and expressed the determination to bestow its best endeavor to help NUB achieving one of its environment-friendly target of setting up a paper-less office Management.
It’s another great opportunity for SoftRithm to serve the education system of Bangladesh which is one of its main focus of operation.
It’s worthy to mention here that Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) revealed itself as the ‘First Digital University’ of the country in November 23, 2015.
